Yes, indeed my wife and I were very pleased with Richard Myung, he recently performed a pest control treatment on our property on Wednesday (9/25) at 9:42 am. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very informative. He explains what he was spraying and all the benefits of pest control. I hope he is the one that returns to do our next treatment we thank you and hope to see him again.
Recently moved onto new addition that was overrun with spiders. First treatment eliminated all spiders. Set bait trap for mice after I mentioned I saw some in back yard. Absolutely no bugs inside of home. Plus, our guy is so nice and polite. Very pleased and best price around Georgetown.
The initial contact with Mason was very professional. He was very informative and flexible with our schedule as we were just getting moved in. Nick arrived and was efficient and explained the applications that he would be performing. When he was finished he let me know again a brief summary of what was completed. I was very impressed with the overall experience of White Knight Pest Control.
Garret came to my home to spray. He was very informative with all that he explained. He treated my entire house in and out. He explained all that he was going to do and told me what I should expect to see afterwards. I do really recommend this company and his employees very professional and understanding.
