5stars We have been customers for over 10years and were about to cancel die to the decline in service. Too many repeat servicing due to techs taking shortcuts or just not servicing properlt(gotta love security cameras). Today a new tech by the name of Henry came out and he such a professional and thorough job he reminded us of why we originally chose White Knight. He made us feel valued as customers and I hope he is our permanent tech. Job well done Henry!! (Go Instinct lol)

The gentleman that exterminated our home was very professional. He took the time to explain the process and the contract in detail since the sales person gave high level detail only. He came in did the job and was out the door timely allowing me to move on with my day. Thank you for great service.
