Very prompt and professional.
The sales guys lie and manipulate you with verbal contracts, then slide you a different contract to sign. The corporate office doesn’t honor verbal contracts even by the branch owners. The service people are very nice, but don’t sign unless the contract say EXACTLY what the sales person says the contract will be. They don’t care if you are a single parent working 3 jobs - they just want their money!!
Do what you say you are going to do. I have had to call multiple times between the transition of my old house to the new house. At least the last two interactions with Customer Service was good. Today was a little less than good.
