Brand new customer and they didn’t remove the webs or dirt dobbers nest in front or back of house after being informed where they were! I called back a second time and was explained where they were again and still spiderwebs and dirt dobbers are visible! Requested an afternoon appt by email and a heads up phone call and tech showed up at 9am with. I heads up phone call. Nothing was done!!!
