Poor customer service!!!!
I have had nothing but amazing service from White Knight. In the beginning I had a few scheduling problems, however, I feel that all my concerns were resolved within a very reasonable amount of time, and they have since continued to honor the same level of great service. I am absolutely impressed by every technician that has serviced my home. They always take the time to greet me in a kind and friendly manor, but then also discuss all of my current service needs. Knowledgeable about pest control. The service was done as described. The young man that provided the service was very polite and knew his job. Looking forward to next scheduled appointment to see if the service is what was described.
