I called last August to cancel their service and was given the option to put my account on hold until I decided to change it. They lied. Twice. I will be canceling as soon as my contract is done but I'm afraid they will just lie about that too!
Had our initial spray today and very happy. Great salesman who was very informative. Nick, the tech, came today and serviced our home. He arrived in the time window we agreed to with the salesman and introduced himself before starting. Did a great job listening to my concerns and focusing on specific areas where I saw a roach and spider earlier in the week.
