Provide excellent professional and customer service
The price was reasonable and appreciated the service provided. However I moved recently and canceled my service and took off the automatic payment draft sometime in January. Well come to find out I’m still being charged and the house i NO LONGER LIVE AT was still being serviced. I called to take care of issue and ask why I’m still being charged. They told me that someone should have told me when I canceled that they still charge quarterly so there’s nothing they can do. I wasn’t told, I should not be responsible for negligen... read more
