If you were considering White Knight Pest Control, let me warn you not to use them. Our experience has been horrible. Bare minimum in their service at my home, bugs, spiders, ants still persist after several services and reservice, and technicians that were so rude and aggressive that I specifically requested they never come back. Because of these issues, I called to cancel my contract and they still charged me a termination fee, even though they refused to hold up their end of the contract. It is truly amazing. Sales people were great. Technician was fast and able to treat my yard same day.
on time for appt. went the extra mile to make sure all spider webs were removed. and the bug population has greatly decreased after 3 days from 1st application
Rolon was nice, knowledgeable, and he did treat the foundation, flower beds, and yard area, however, per the contractual agreement that James/sales rep that I signed up with on 05/07/20 stated the tech would also service the attic, back fenceline, and webs which were not done. Rolon only removed webs from the front right side of the home which I asked him if he removed all webs from around the home and he stated "yes", nevertheless, I had to remove the webs that were missed. I guess these guys can't read... Clearly says no solicitation on my front window and on the 2 signs as you enter my neighborhood.
Willie does a great job, he's very courteous and listens and pays attention to my concerns
Michael Gill was very friendly and courteous. I appreciated him taking the time to listen and explain how he would treat the problem areas. He was also very accommodating in my needs to keep my dogs quiet while my husband was on a conference call. Thank you!
