Very professional and seems to be very educated
I was using home team and when the Knight sales Rep walked up and explained the services. I was convinced Home team was done.
Technician was prompt and on time for my appointment. He was friendly and used my surname. He disclosed services being provided and how long it would be. When he was finished he informed me if anything out of what was described earlier. The technician thanked me for my business.

My visit from John went very well. He performed his task professionally and went the extra yard. When I set the appointment, I asked to have the inside of the house fumigated. He was expecting to do the outside. He did both. He also made some suggestions on how to prevent the tree roaches from coming in. John represents your company well Michael Carr
