Their pest control worker didn’t hold the same values that the company says they have! Now I can’t get the company to call or email me back to resolve the situation. They only want to quote their cancellation policy over and over. Why would I want someone who didn’t do the job correctly to come back? I just want to cancel without more financial burden and move on! I’ve already suffered enough. I’ve already hired another company to come in. Guess what? The problem is GONE with ONE visit! I learned my lesson the hard way!

They're prompt, work hard, explain everything as they go and are very personable. And they're a bit cheaper, but come every 2 months (not 3), for routine maintenance. Good deal all around.
Great customer service! Was able to reschedule my appt last minute, no questions asked! The treatments are always thorough and they are great with the dogs, which typically stay outside. Happened to mention our pesky mouse problem and the technician brought 3 bait traps inside and placed them in the “hot spots”. Definitely recommend White Knight for any pest concerns!
