Be careful with your pets. They claim the chemicals they use to be “pet friendly”. However, my first treatment with them lead to me taking my dog to the vet cause he was foaming from his mouth. They said they never had this issue with any other customers and they “dilute their products, so it’s not harmful”, but my vet insisted that my dog apparently licked one of the treated base boards. RecommendedWhite Knight has always been flexible and accommodating. All the Service techs have been helpful and professional.
I have only had issue after issue with this company. I have had them for 5 mo and have more pest now then ever before. They state that the first month you will see more activity but now that it has been months I get told that is normal and they only die when they walk on the chemicals. I do not nor would I ever recommend to my family or friends. I have not recieved any call back from upper management even when told they would have someone call me back. 5 STAR SERVICE!! Manny was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He reassured me that what he was spraying wouldn’t harm my dogs. He is awesome! I will definitely recommend white pest control to my friends and family!
