Their sales person was professional and not pushy. He explained the options to us and the benefits of their program. The technician, Pernell, was courteous and polite. (He kindly looked around our untidy rooms. We weren’t prepared for them to spray that day but were so excited to get it done). I felt that they were thorough and well-priced.
