Very prompt very professional and had a great offer for their services
We had such a great experience with our pest control spray from White Knight. The techs are very professional, knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what they are going to do and why. We did have an increase in earwigs I let the tech know that and he explained that’s why they spray twice within 30 days. As a plus for us, their spray is non toxic for animals and humans.
Steve called me right away about my initial consultation and then Eddie came by two days later! He was super professional and helpful! Very happy they are helping us keep our new home bug-free!
The service provider was very kind and demonstrated that he cared about my family and our home. I just called yesterday evening and was able to get service at 9:00 am this morning. Orkin no-showed on me yesterday. The technician called me almost two hours after my appointment window ended. Also, White Knight’s one-time treatment price was $75 less!
The technician was very friendly and explained to me in detail about the service that he provided. He sent me a text message to advise that he would at my house in 30 minutes and arrived promptly.
5 STAR Service! Tech was friendly, polite and did a thorough job. He explained everything done and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Would love to have him on each service trip.
