Had a pretty negative experience as a new patient at this facility. Natalie at the front desk was pleasant, but that's where the positive part of my visit ended. Dr. Kaur was shockingly rude to me, telling me to my face that I "couldn't afford" the dental procedure I needed even though I'd clearly had expensive dental work done in the past. Dr. Kaur knew NOTHING about my financial circumstances, presented no actual costs for the procedures I needed, and clearly made assumptions based on my insurance (and possibly, my race)... read more
