Spent $15k on a necklace. Reached out several times after my purchase for a concern. Left many messages on their voicemail and with various staff. They never reach back out. Never again. Update: I saw your response. Very inaccurate. I understand the value of gold and volatility. The issue isn’t gold price. The issue is not reaching back out after the purchase. Your customer service is trash. You and your staff.
