Great Customer Service – I had my 1976 Starsky and Hutch Gran Torino repainted at this shop. They worked with me on getting the famous stripe just right.. never once got impatient. The body work was top notch and the owner Steve, will tell you up front what to expect. I had nothing but a good experience overall with this shop.
Even a Neat Freak loves 'em! – I am a nit picky neat freak. No bones about it, but especially when it comes to my beloved Z3. Most people are surprised at my attention to the tiniest detail and thus I tend to be a nightmare to most detailers, body shops? but not Whitakers. Joe Hernandez is a great guy who understands my need for perfection. Quick and easy... great service! – I took my car here not knowing what to expect (I've never taken my car to a body shop before), but the staff was so nice and they fixed my bumper extremely quickly! I definitely recommend this place.
excellent service – Joe H and his staff are the best. Even after closing hours, they were professional and courteous. They were able to repair the scratch on my car, making it look as good as new. All for the price of a smile! Without any hesitation, I would recommend everyone to go to Whitakers for all their auto body/paint repairs.
great work, little longer than wanted,great people – Just wanted to thank the team at Whitakers Auto Body . great service – When I scratched up my dad's car pretty bad, I went in to get it fixed. I really didn't want to pay that much. After a few minutes of waiting, they looked at my car and gave me a reasonable price. They fixed it right there in about 10 minutes and I wound up not having to pay at all! I would definitely go back--they're friendly, efficient and do a good job.
Great Service! – I brought my 2003 Mazda Protege 5 to Alex's after getting estimates from several well-reviewed body shops. Alex's came in with a competitive estimate and gave me the best incentives for using their business. They even helped me out with a rental car by giving me a discount, since my insurance doesn't cover rentals.
