Whitaker' has always been so professional for me. They took care of me when the insurance company wanted to total my fairly new car for hail damage. It was a lot of hail damage but the car only had around 10,000 miles on it so there was no reason not to Completely repair the body. They restored my car were it looked like the day I bought it. Thank you for your persistents with the insurance company. Thank you for taking the time to care about what I wanted.
As of now, Whitakers is not my favorite. Our delivery date has been pushed back at least 5 times while the amount of expected work has been less than the adjustor quoted with them. When we call, we get annoyed responses -- especially when my wife calls. Delivering our car a week later than we were told is inexcusable, especially when there is no effort to proactively let us know about delays. I wouldn't take my car back to Whitakers. When I got my car back I pointed out a couple areas I did not like. Kyle told me to let it settle and report back it did not get better. I DID! Kyle never once took my call or spoke to me. After calling for a week and threatening to call my insurance company they called me back and scheduled my appointment. They finally get me on the schedule tell me when my car will be ready in two days then it was 3 days then it was 4 days then it was they haven't started.
