I just got my car back after being repaired and I couldn't be happier!! They dealt with the insurance company, repaired my car quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. The car came back immaculate, both inside and out!! Hopefully I won't need anymore body work done, but would use them again in a heartbeat!!

WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a body shop. Not one phone call or update the entire time the car was in the shop.

I can’t say enough good things about Whittaker’s. It is definitely the cream of the crop in auto body repair! From the time I made an appointment to have an estimate done until I picked up my car, I was made to feel that I was their only client. Each employee I interacted with was friendly and professional. My car repair was done perfectly, ready when they said it would be and detailed inside and out! My husband had a very similar experience a few years ago when he needed repairs. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What a great place. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It was absolutely no hassle at all to take my car in for repair, and when it came back it looked like new. In addition to the work we contracted for they took the time to buff general wear-and-tear scratches on the side of the car that wasn't getting fixed. Again, best service -- the Whitakers' are a family who knows how to run a business.

Good Service – I own an automotive repair shop on South Lamar and have used Whitakers Auto Body for years with my own vehicles and have referred my customers who need body work. I recognize and appreciate good service and quality work and am never disappointed with Whitakers.

Efficient Service, Good Work! – I'm so pleased with the service I received at Whitaker. Manual was very attentive from the initial estimate to the final delivery of BMW X5. He was patient, understanding, answered my "too many" questions and always kept me updated on the status of my car. This shifted a negative situation and inconvenience into something positive.
