Good 'vs" Not so good! – If LQQKS were the only aspect of getting your car fixed, then this place a winner BUT unfortunately that's not the case. The repair looked good but there was something about it that didn't sit well with me. The best car repair shop – There are two things certain in life for me: My car will undoubtedly need bumper repairs at least once a year and I will always get it repaired at Whitakers from now on. First off, I am one of those people who never writes reviews, but after going to Whitakers, there is no way I could not write one. The bumper of my Infiniti is like a magnet for other cars. Fast, Friendly, Courteous – I am here in Austin temporarily and Whitaker's was recommended to me by my insurance company. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with the way my car looks (like new!!!) and how quickly the work was done.
Great service – Everyone I talked to at Whitakers was helpful and pleasant. They got my job done very quickly and were great to work with, and the price was right. I would definitely go back.
What a surprise! 6 months later I found out they screwed me! – When I first got some body work on my car all looked well until I took my car in to my mechanic. He asked me "has anyone worked on your car recently?" I told him "not in about 6 months, when I took it in to get some body work done at Whitaker's, why?" He told me that screws were missing, and a hose to my compressor or condenser was left unplugged. Great Customer Service & A Job Well Done! – My vehicle wasn't an insurance claim, so I shopped several auto body shops before choosing Whitakers. As far as estimates go, they were all fairly close, so the deciding factor for me was their great online reviews. I have to say that I was not disappointed in the slightest.
