Delivered on time! – I took my Accord in the Monday before Christmas, and I was promised the car would be done by Friday. I had to drive to Houston for Christmas, and doubted that everything would fit into my wife's VW Beetle, but I doubted that I would be driving the Accord. I mean, how often does a body shop actually deliver on time? I was very surprised and happy when I got the call Friday morning that the car was ready. Oh, yeah, everything was perfect, as you would expect.

high quality work and great service – I recently had my "fender bender" repaired at Whitakers, and couldn't be happier with the entire experience (unless, of course, I hadn't had the fender bender in the first place....). The staff were friendly and responsive; they explained all the work, handled all of the details with my insurance company, and had my car ready at the promised time. Good 'vs" Not so good! – If LQQKS were the only aspect of getting your car fixed, then this place a winner BUT unfortunately that's not the case. The repair looked good but there was something about it that didn't sit well with me. Fast forward 2 months later and I happen to notice my car didn't have the make & model on the back where it's suppose to be! Here I sit in a Macy's parking lot surrounding by every nice car you can think of and I'm not feeling too shabby because I drive an ACURA TL...or so I thought? These fools h... read more

The best car repair shop – There are two things certain in life for me: My car will undoubtedly need bumper repairs at least once a year and I will always get it repaired at Whitakers from now on. First off, I am one of those people who never writes reviews, but after going to Whitakers, there is no way I could not write one. The bumper of my Infiniti is like a magnet for other cars. Fast, Friendly, Courteous – I am here in Austin temporarily and Whitaker's was recommended to me by my insurance company. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with the way my car looks (like new!!!) and how quickly the work was done.

Great service – Everyone I talked to at Whitakers was helpful and pleasant. They got my job done very quickly and were great to work with, and the price was right. I would definitely go back.

What a surprise! 6 months later I found out they screwed me! – When I first got some body work on my car all looked well until I took my car in to my mechanic. He asked me "has anyone worked on your car recently?" I told him "not in about 6 months, when I took it in to get some body work done at Whitaker's, why?" He told me that screws were missing, and a hose to my compressor or condenser was left unplugged.
