I ordered the Jalepeño Bacon Burger, and it was AMAZING. Honestly hands down the best burger I have eaten anywhere. I usually order cheeseburgers if I go to a new place just to test the waters. So glad I did. It was a HUGE patty and they sliced the pepper long-ways and had cream cheese in it, not the normal rings from a jar. Bacon wasn't the usual cheap low-quality ones I've had elsewhere. TERRIBLE!! My friends and I are visiting Charlotte and decided to come here for lunch before we head out. To start, our waitress was terrible. It took 20 min for us to even get a water. Then, we ordered an appetizer, which took 30 min. When we got it, our chips were so soggy from the cheese. We finally found out that there was one 1 server FOR THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT.(Managers fault) Oh, and it's Labor Day. We asked to speak to a manager, and when he came out he was so nonchalant about it.
