This review is for the downtown location. Draft beer system was broke and you charge $4 for domestic bottles? What kind of backwoods bar is this? The only thing good was that the female staff was attractive.
Very unprofessional staff at the door last night. My husband was told he couldn't enter because he was wearing a hat. But after he stepped out of line to allow the line to keep moving, several guys wearing hats were allowed to enter with no problem. When re-approached to point out that others were entering wearing hats, it was then stated that he has stickers on his hat and the bill is flat so that is why he couldn't enter. So im from Ohio and a buddy of mine and i drove to charlotte for the coca cola 600 at the speedway, and the hotel recomended this place without any hesitation. Our waitress Sam was absolutely awesome. Even when i asked her what else there was to do she encouraged me to stay till it turned into a night club. I had a great time. Food and drinks were awesome too. Ill be making my way back real soon
We were there Saturday night before the Coca Cola 600. We had the best time ever! The Dj was one of the best I've ever heard and we danced all night. Jillian was our server earlier in the day and she was awesome! Food was awesome, service was great and all the staff were friendly. Cannot wait to come again!!!
We will NEVER be back here. Chips and queso were great, but the food was horrible and the server and management were rude. Huge disappointment.
Was told that the wait would be 45 minutes and it turned into 2 hours, which, ok, I understand it's a popular place but then started noticing that no one at the tables had food and there were tables open. We were first told that they weren't seating anyone because of the cut off for the night club ( it was 8:30 then) but we could still eat when we got seated. After looking forward to this place forever, we were so disappointed. Worst food and service ever. Bathrooms were a disaster.
