Very dirty service was poor. There was so much dust on the pipes and ceiling I thought it would fall in my food. The bar equipment had not been properly cleaned in quit some time. Very disappointed!
We lost $500 cause we couldnt get in...and we come every year..but u let ppl in without tickets
We stopped at Whiskey River on our way to the Daytona 500. The Food was awesome! Coming from Iowa where beef is a big thing the burgers were great, they had great flavor/seasoning! The only reason I didn't give the bar a five is that like others the wait staff was not attentive, had to go to the bar for refills and wave her over for the ticket. We were there for an early supper 5:00 on a weekday was not real busy. Also disappointed in the mason jar $10.00 and it was plastic, thought it would be glass.
It was Really Great. Loved it my wife and i had a Super great time. Thanks Dale Jr. We would love to play there we are the Ragged Edge Band. From Richmond va.
Terrible service. Nine people in the restaurant. Took forever to get a beer. Server hardly came to our table. Had to go to bar to get a beer. First and last time here. Don't waste your money.
The WORST!!!! Well...unless you ant to wait for an hour for anything you order. Here IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY and can't get the bartender to look at us. Great representation of the "Queen City."
Terrible time. I saw a 'security guy' tackle A random guy after dancing on their make shift bar. After tackling him, they continued to rip their shirt off and punch him on the ground. When bystanders asked for the managers name, he responded, "It's not relevant."
The food was great but my bartender was not very friendly and when I told her my wine glass was dirty because it had lipstick on the rim she got a clean glass and poured the wine into a new glass... I get not wasting wine but if the glass is dirty pouring it into a clean glass doesn't make it ok. It was my first time in Charlotte and I was having such a great day but the costumer service I received was not what it should have been.
Had a wonderful time!! This place is awesome!!!!
