Second time here since May.. Staff is pleasant, professional, helpful, courteous, aware, and knowledgable. The food is on point, and cooked and prepared to order. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. I would recommend this restaurant!!

Beware don't give your credit card at bar counter and open Tab , I had bad experience with my cc being overcharged with tips. Didn't expect such kind of cheap act by such reputed club.
There was a man going around the restaurant asking for food so I gave him some money, but it turned out he was drunk, so management had to make him leave, because he was bothering everyone. Management ended up paying my bill and many employees thanked me for giving the guy money. I was very grateful and The food was excellent and the employees are awesome! Wish they had one in Florence AL.
It was I nice place, I really loved the fact the bars is mixed raced. My bartender was very nice and smiling the whole time but didn't like the fact she was pushy for tips so much. Its like every time I used my card she kept hitting the tip section. It made me not want to continue at the bar. I can understand tiping but I'm not about to tip you every high dollar drink I get. I was there yesterday with a couple of friends and on the way to the patio the manager was having a meeting with the ladies. All we heard was him yelling and using profanity. 1. That's not a way to treat employees and 2. He should treat women a lot better and 3. He should not let costumers hear him use profanity it's not professional. I will think twice before ever getting VIP there and going out to watch a game there.
Worst experience ever! My husband and I went there for our 21st anniversary while spending the weekend in Charlotte. The waitresses and female bar tenders were all on their smartphones. There were people going up to the bar trying to get their attention, and they just walked off and left. The appetizer chili was horrible. The chicken wings and burger were just ok. We never got refills on our tea. We will never go back. Jr needs to hire better management.
Best bar in Charlotte and best bartenders ever. Katie the bartender was on fire. The food was also delicious and the music selection was on point. I love Whisky River!
