Had an awesome experience. Was quiet around 2:30 pm on a Tuesday. The burger and onion rings was good.
We had bad service and the food wasn't that good for the price. Won't be going back!!!!!
The service was terrible and we waited for our food for almost an hour. Needed refills on drinks and server never came to check on us until it was time to pay. Food was cold and lacked in taste. We will not be back
I've always enjoyed being there, unfortunately, on St patrick's night threre was so much broken glass on the dance floor. One guy sipped and fell I so thought he'd be bleeding but was totally fine. Scary picture though.
I did not enjoy my time there... It was too crowded and the main thing is the bartender telling customers she was gonna take our drinks back if we don't tip her and on top of that it took 20 mins just to order a beer. That is not good customer service because people didn't want to tip here. We are not required by law to tip... Will not be back here again
Herby and Ashley pulled off an impromptu event for a couple hundred employees from 4 different states and did a great job!! The bartenders are great and have fun with customers. I along with a couple hundred others will be back when we are in Charlotte!!! Thank YOU!
Food nothing special seemed reheated. Waitress was great!
Went in with a group of 20 durring the acn international conventions lunch break which was a 2hr break. Took them over a hour to take our orders and to top it all off they did not have one single order ready to go by the time our break was over, so we all had to cancle and they wouldn't even offer us a discount on the only thing any one did manage to get which was drinks. Avoid at all cost!!!
nice place, vip bottle service vantastic, service manager horrible, insensitive, had a $600 dollar booth we couldn't sit in because was leaking water ( which didn't include bottles) informed him didn't do anything. no comps no discounts , nothing just took our money n like " F you."! was second yr we were there , never going back. especially when other patrons when we left said they don't serve the black dollar events wit respect. so people of color take your money else where, were not respected there.!
