I spent $10,000 about 15 years ago. Just found out all his root canals have abscesses. I spent many 6 hour sessions with Dr Sugg. Sensory deprivation is one of his practices. Always gave me a green pill for swelling before we started. Was it really for swelling? I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. That rose at the end of the appointment is to suck you in to his web

While sitting waiting on a family member to get dental work done I was greeted by Mrs. Kerry Sugg who was ensuring all people waiting in the lobby were comfortable as they waited. Mrs. Sugg and the staff provided amazing service as Mrs. Sugg was the third staff person to come though the lobby in about 15 min. Ultimately I was offered and provided a free dental exam and teeth cleaning from Mrs. Kerry Sugg. My dental hygienist was Ada and she was great. Had a root canal done and 2 weeks later I awoke to massive pain in the tooth , that wasn’t supposed to hurt. Back to dental office to find out I have a massive infection. The only doctor that can do the procedure has an opening a week away. What happened? The day before the procedure, they call to reschedule for another week out. I’m out of antibiotics and pain medication with FOUL-SMELLING GREEN DISCHARGE coming from my nose. Still IN PAIN Nothing they can do for me, but wait another week. I just had 4 wisdom teeth extracted today and Dr. Crespo was fantastic. I was horribly anxious prior and the nurse/hygienist was so kind to help put my fears at ease. Dr. Crespo also helped by just listening to me voice my fears. She is so patient. The entire procedure was completed in what felt like a few minutes. I am grateful for dental professionals like the team I encountered today. You all helped change my perspective on having dental work done. Thank you so much!
Every experience is awesome. The staff are very professional and I use to not smile but after seeing Dr. Suggs I get some many compliments and I can’t stop smiling now.
