I have been a client of What's new for years now and consider them like family. Karina has been doing my hair and I've never had anyone do my hair twice in my life! Jill, Summer, And Melissa are all great with nails and Summer with many other things too. Tammy takes care of my brows and other facial hair when I'm going somewhere special. All the staff are so warm and friendly, I look forward to going no matter the reason. I have 3 now grown daughters that have also loved What's New. I love What's New! Everybody is so wonderful, and when you step through the door, you are among friends. The staff is friendly, and they genuinely like to take time and chat with you. They are very knowledgeable, the listen to what you are trying to accomplish, they work with you to achieve the look you want, and they don't try to just rush you out the door. Also, they don't try to push you to buy products! There is no other place I would go. And shout out to Jill and Karina!!

I love the new pictures you guys shared. I can't say enough good things about the owners, Steve & Sandy Haynes. Steve has a great personality that gives the shop a warm welcome to everyone! My stylist, Shelia Reed has been my stylist for many, many years ! She could write a book about me !! Great staff in this Salon!!
