A very good experience with Whaling City Ford in New London, CT. I started with a gentleman named Tom (Thomas) Smith, who was new to this dealership. He was very helpful, experienced and efficient. The whole process was quicker than expected too. I highly recommend both the dealership and Mr. Smith without any reservations.
