I am very pleased with the service provided at this dealership. My salesman Jordan and the rest of the Whaling City employees were extremely patient with me, working through different questions or concerns that I had about the vehicle I was buying. The experience was very friendly and transparent. They will meet your accommodations and then some! Highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a new or used vehicle in Southeastern Connecticut.
They were great! I had a limited price range and didn't want to spend too much and they worked with me and found a car exactly in my price range. Thank you Robert and all that were so helpful!

In 2013 I purchased a vehicle from Whaling City after sustaining a car accident that totalled my car. I purchased a 2012 Mazda 6 and upon attempting to pick up the vehicle was told that my vehicle had been sold and that I was given the "twin" which was a dealer vehicle. It had mutliple dings, scratches and the rims were a mess. I ended up having put have multiple sets of tires due to the bent rims. I did not end up buying from Whaling but I had to give a 5 star review. The people I dealt with, Gabriel V and Darnell W, where very knowledgeable and professional, and at no time did I feel pressured into buying something I may not have really wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
