I’m really disappointed in the service department. I have not ever been told that they didn’t have time to get to my car at any other dealer. I usually think if you make a. Appointment that means they will take care of you in the same day. I think they should have offered a loaner since they didn’t have time for me. They have had my car 48 hours now with no answers. Bought a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid here from Jordan. The whole thing was low pressure from choosing a car to financing. Speaking of financing, the manager who handled it was incredibly helpful in explaining our options and helped us get an incredibly low rate. This was my first time in a dealership buying a car and I had a wonderful experience. I’ll be back the next time I need a car!
What a fantastic place! I recently purchased a mini-van there. My sales guy Dan was super friendly, not pushy at all, and so playful and welcoming with my energetic 2 year old. The entire process was smooth. They were able to give me the price I wanted for my trade. I could bot be more happy with my experience with Whaling City!
