Walked up at 8:30 to rude employees telling me they were closed when no where else and in the past they ALWAYS close at 9. 3 people were there not wanting to work.
Absolutely horrible experience at Wetzel’s. I had a reward I wanted to use for a buy one get one pretzel and the lady at the stand didn’t speak a lick of English and couldn’t help me. I went to order on the app to use the reward, then it charged my card THREE times and said error. So I paid three time for the same pretzel, then didn’t even get a pretzel because the lady said she didn’t see a ticket with my order. Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels were so good and I was given a great amount for what I paid . I wish there was more in the sweet glaze dip would be my main complaint.
