My husband purchased my wedding ring/band set from a different jewelry store where the sauter was less than aesthetically pleasing to the naked eye. After the wedding we brought the ring to Wetzel and Truex who were nothing but professional and re-sautered my ring. The sauter is absolutely perfect and we are truly so thankful they were willing to correct the original sauter. I am so excited about my recent purchase -- an anniversary band that looks like it was MEANT to be a part of my wedding set. Had the prongs built back up, the whole thing sized correctly, and it shines like it hasn't in years. Love my ring. Wetzel & Truex will be the only jewelry store for me from now on!!!!
