I can't thank Dr. Ames and his staff enough! My little chihuahua Wilson got sick on the road. My husband is a truck driver and I also travel with him as well as our little dog. We are from Mississippi and we were in Spartanburg for the night and our little dog got really sick. Of course we don't know anyone here but I just took a chance and I am so glad I found this clinic! I've always had a great experience at Westside. Friendly staff. And Dr. Ames is awesome. Prices are much more reasonable than other vets in town. Baxter and Emma love it too.
Good care at reasonable prices. Love dr. Ames. Usually seen quite promptly unless I just drop in or they have emergency. Always have my rx. Ready when I call
Overpriced and the Front desk people are rude. I am getting a new vet asap. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
I would never go to this overpriced vet again... not only are you not explained your bill when you question you're charged before they explain it. By chance what they did didn't work you get charged a second time when you come back, my case was the bandages weren't put on tight enough and my dog slipped out of them when I came back they took her like all was good... on the way out I was charged A second time... save your money find another vet... hasn't it been the same since they relocated!!! Had a 4pm appt last week and was not seen until 5 pm. Had a 5:10 appt today and after leaving work early and rushing home, I have a message that Dr Bryant decided to leave early and I need to reschedule. Obviously, my time is not nearly important as his. I work for a Dr and we treat our patients with the utmost of respect. This place was excellent years ago, but not amymore!!
