This clinic is very disappointing! We had an emergency with our pet and the clinic refused to see her. They said they were too busy and that they only had one doctor working. Our pet has been an established patient for over three years with this clinic and couldn’t believe they wouldn’t see her. It was if they didn’t care. We had to find another veterinarian that would see her. As we went past the clinic we noticed no cars in their parking lot. How disappointing! RecommendedI have been coming to Westside Veterinary for 15 years now.....Dr. Bryant has always been my furbabies vet and my furbabies have seen all the vets in the office and everyone of them do a great job......prices are reasonable vs other vet offices.......all the vet techs, front staff and the doctors are so nice and knowledgeable.......I wouldn’t take my babies any place but Westside Vet......
Kudos to Dr Brown for her care and concern for a stray kitten I brought in with a large raw wound on his neck. Turned out to be an abscess. Dr Brown called me several times to advise me of his condition after the abscess was lanced. I was a client of Westside Vet when it was just Dr Bryant in his former building. I have always had great care for my cats and staff empathy when three crossed the rainbow bridge. Needless to say, the little stray is now a very happy house kitty.
Westside Veterinary Hospital is amazing. Knowledgeable, empathetic, caring staff - from top to bottom. I can’t say enough about Dr. Whitney Brown. She was clearly born to be a vet. My cat, Gizmo, was very sick and Dr. Brown was honest and empathetic at the same time. Most importantly she kept me informed of Gizmo’s progress multiple times per day and was honest about when he was beginning to suffer with little hope for recovery. If you love your pet please find another Vet to get the care it may need Westside doesn’t care about the care your pet needs or deserves I’ll probably be at the emergency Vet Hospital tonight due to the lack of concern Westside has !!!!!
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️I have a 2:30 appointment just for my dog to get a simple shot and now it is currently 3:30 😑 me and my dog are still sitting in the parking lot waiting. The staff has came out and took 8 dogs that came AFTER I got here. I have called inside 3 times the first time I was told my dog would be right out it shouldn’t be much longer....How is that possible mam when you haven’t came and got him? She responds and says oh ummm they will be out shortly to get him....next she says oh they are coming out in 5 ... read more
I can't say enough positive comments about this clinic & Dr Brown. She was fabulous with our 6 week old Boxer puppy with aspiration pneumonia. She was cautiously optimistic & laid out our options for us but allowed us to give him extra time & he indeed turned the corner & now is much better. very compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr Brown & staff!!
Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever from a vet during this COVID-19 pandemic. We decided to take our 6 month old Mini Aussie to Westside to save money on the cost of a neuter. We scheduled the appointment a couple weeks prior and were told over the phone that they would call our current vet for our puppy's vaccination records.
