I will never go back here and I would never recommend this office to someone who cares about their pet. The vets are non-feeling and don’t seem to care. My cat had a urinary block and was sent home before he was peeing normally again. When I called concerned I was told to wait it out. I took him to another vet and was told Westside failed to do standard screenings and evaluations that come with a blocked cat. They also quoted me a price and tried changing more! Won’t ever return here as it almost killed my cat.
Doctor Ames is the most thoughtful compassionate doctor, he really cares , I trust him with my baby Lucy.
They saved my dog's life twice. These guys are the best.
This is the absolute best Veterinary Hospital anywhere. You get excellent care from wonder people. We have gone there many years and would not even consider any where else!! Thanks today to Sheri, April, of course Dr. Scott and a tech that stayed with her while I talked to Dr. Scott. So sorry I don't know her name, I think she may be new. But every one there are great, caring, loving people. They should get 10 stars!!!!!
Love this place!! Been going for years and never had an issue!! Great people there from the front desk to the Dr!!!!
