The staff there are really courteous and professional! My move-in and living experience there so far has been awesome! I do plan on staying there for quite a while! It's close to my workplace and close to where my little boy goes to school. Awesome location and awesome amenities!
Great looking apartments with lots of room. Parking could be better....but otherwise love it!
Lived there several years ago when it was Wynhaven at Westpoint. Then the new management came in. Tenants were then called profits. Parking spaces are incredibly limited. We weren't notified that the property had sold to a new company. There was no property manager for months, and the grass went uncut for five weeks in the spring. Saw snakes, nobody cared. Terrible communication. When I lived there my emails and calls were never returned and each person gives you different information in the office. No follow up when asked. After moving out I've left probably 15 voicemails and called repeatedly over the last month in regards to my final account statement. Seriously ridiculous.
Excellent accommodations, incredibly affordable and the maintenance fixed things either same day first thing the next day.
Great place to live just wish I had a balcony to sit out on to enjoy the good weather.
