RecommendedI’ve been here a year. No issues. Maintenance comes quick and they are nice. It’s so quiet here.Dog friendly which I love. Really enjoyable here. Staff is friendly and works diligently. Probably one of the best apartments I’ve been in. My only downfall was the pool was out most of the summer

They are the hardest people to get a hold of. They do not answer phone calls, emails or fb messages. Not everyone has time to go to the office personally so this is a huge inconvenience
This place needs to increase quality and decrease resident cost, instead of the other way around

My roommate and I were on the search for the rights apartment for us. We spend 8 hours apartment hunting on a Saturday. The West point at Scenic Vista Apartment were the ones for us, we fell in love right away. The staff Richard and Adriana were extremely helpful and nice during the whole process from application and getting ready to move in. My husband and I turned in our keys today after five years. We will always remember this place as our first home together. We obviously loved it or we wouldn’t have stayed so long. The only reason we left was because it was time for a house. You get a lot of space for the price and everyone in the community is very friendly. I've lived here almost three years and the community is peaceful and well-maintained. The management staff is wonderful and they host great events. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!
