I purchased a 2016 F250 King Ranch from Westlie. I worked with Jerry Kilb, mostly via email as I live in Idaho. I've always purchased from a local dealer in the Boise\Nampa area, but they didn't make any effort to work with me, even when I sent them the very truck that was on Westlie's lot and told them that was the truck I wanted. Do not go to this dealer unless you want to get ripped off. They're service department does not stand behind their work. I will never give them my business again.
I have now bought 2 vehicles from Westlie Ford and we take our truck in for maintenance there and I can't say enough kind things about them. I've always hated car shopping and anything to do with car maintenance until dealing with everyone at Westlie Ford. They are the most kindest, respectful and knowledgeable people in the car business!! I've owned more cars than most people my age. This is my first Ford. I've never had such excellent service from any other company or dealer. Not Toyota. Not Subaru. Nobody does it better. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I can't say enough about Westlie's Service Department, I've always had a good experience there. Last week I had to take my Escape in for a check-engine light. Mario and Jeremy took great care of me and my car, they are the best ever. Thank you Westlie Ford.
