Can you give them less than one...a zero? I have been back multiple times for the same issues and the truck continues to do the same thing even though I’ve spent big $$$$ replacing parts. I’ve come to the conclusion that Westlie can’t handle diesel repair. Ive replaced 3 radiators, 3 alternators 6 batteries, multiple EGR repairs and particulate filter all on a truck that only has 150k miles...And the regeneration mode has been a problem since new. Ive always had my service done at Westlie and never any mention of an oil leak... read more

We are very sorry you feel this way. It is our practice to serve all of our clients needs. Unfortunately, as the tires and wheels were not purchased from Westlie Ford, we utilized the standard torque specifications. We whole heartedly believe that if the lug nuts had been left loose by our technician, the vehicle would not have been able to be driven over 2 months and 3,000 miles. We have paid to Landmark Ford your bill of $134. We paid this bill, as a good customer satisfaction gesture.

Over the years I have purchased several new cars and trucks ( close to 25 ) Right or wrong I am a ford person. I have dealt with 6 differently dealers. Westlie Ford is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST car dealership anyone could ever hope for. The service department is the bench mark of what a service department should be. In today’s world Westlie Ford, which is still family owned, is one of the last bright spots in a world of dark and disappointing experiences.

Easiest experience we've ever had buying a car. No hard sell at all on the usual add-ons they try to sell you. Takes time simply get all the paperwork ready. All in all, a great experience.
