Would Not recommend the service department
I am a buyer of 2 cars from Westlie Ford. I was Happy with the buying experience but that is not why I am giving them the raving review. I purchased the extended warranty on my Town and Country van. 4 years latter I turned it into a business van and then needed to make a claim on the warranty. The warranty company denied the claim due to the "commercial" status. I want and talked to Ryan Dickenson (owner) to explain my problem. Ryan went up and beyond the call of duty.
