Thought we had a deal for selling my used car to them after negotiating a reduced offer from my asking price. Then they backed out at last minute because they only wanted to pay their initial, ridiculous offer. Typical, slimy car dealers.

I was hesitant when it came to buying through a dealership, but I am so glad I came across the listings at Westlie Ford! After purchasing my Ford F-150 in 2013 I found that not only was the sales department great but the service department was amazing!! Over the last 7 years I have continued to come back to Westlie Ford because of the wonderful care that I (and my truck) receive from Marie Houck in the service team! She has always gone above and beyond making sure that my truck is well taken care of and everything is explained in detail. I will continue to use Westlie for the life of my truck!

Performed 2 unauthorized and not needed repairs to our 2013 Fusion Hybrid which more than doubled the repair bill. Will never go back for any type of service.

Service writer Marie Houck was knowledgeable and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner and I am quite pleased with the entire experience.
Mario in the service department was extremely helpful dealing with a service recall for my F-250 regarding a damaged tailgate. He took care of the issue for me and now my truck is like new again. I highly recommend the Westlie Ford service department. Thanks Mario!
