Well I think I would love to live their. What an amazing place. Everything about was amazing grounds, food, service nothing wrong with this place. The wedding weekend was far beyond what we ever expected. One more loved, loved all the rooms.
This is a beautiful place, and very charming. I have been to a few events here as well as weekend family brunches. I am always treated very well by staff. The rooms are goegeous. LOVE!
This place is nothing like it used to be. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The grounds are not as nice as they look in the pictures and no where near as beautiful as they were before they cut down the trees and got rid of the roses and gardens. Such a shame!
I was absolutely devastated to see what they've done to the Westlake Village Inn! It was so beautiful before they cut down the trees and took out the quaint gazebo, along with all the wildlife the surrounding bushes, flowers and trees supported. I haven't stayed in the hotel since then because it's so plain now and uninspiring. The reviews on Yelp really reflect how appalled many guests feel now. Something needs to be done to bring it back to its original splendor or I'm afraid it will lose a lot of guests and event bookings... read more
