My family has 5 Ford vehicles, 2 Dodge, and 1 Chevy and like all things mechanical there are occasional things that need repaired. Western Slope Auto has done that every time, and we've never been disappointed. Just had my truck serviced for a couple warning lights: they replaced a wheel sensor, track bar, and ball joint all under warranty. Thank you!
Ugh took 3 full days to fix a 3rd row seat that wouldn’t go down, I live in Parachute and had to take it all torn apart back each day and take their shuttle to and from school because they had NO loaner cars. Had to be an hour early to school each day for it. Not a good experience but the shuttle driver lady is nice haha.
We recently purchased our 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Amber Martinez. Amber allowed us to take our time and answered our questions thoroughly and truthfully. She helped us to get a great price for our trade-in and worked with us on the final price to put us behind the wheel of our dream car. Looking forward to a long relationship with this establishment as the proud owners of our Highlander.
We purchased a 2018 Escape from WS. Made 3 calls,for service all went to voice mail. NOT one call was returned. We have gone elsewhere and shall go elsewhere when wanting to purchase a new vehicle. We do not recommend buying from this dealership
