Great Service as always..
very knowledgable and helpful
After my drive home, we noticed huge oil leak. The filter was not tight and oil is all over the underneath of my truck and drive way. I'm not even sure the oil was changed as it's pretty black. Now I have to go get another oil change and steam wash the underneath of my truck. You need to make sure your employees take care of people's vehicles - having oil in it is critical! Manager has yet to return my call.
I always have excellent customer service at the Ford service bay, Charles was especially helpful and they got me in unexpectedly and my car was serviced quickly.
Been lots of ups and downs over the last 20 years. The work it’s self is normally satisfactory. The people are nice, but they always try and charge us for servicing when we paid a lot of money for a service plan. Apparently it’s to much to ask for them to know when their customers have service plans.
Danny Jacobs was such a nice person. He made it very easy for me to buy my Beautiful Explorer..I will be back...<3
Pleasant and efficient service!
Toyota side - took very good care of us, beat Denver pricing, found what we wanted and had it brought in. We are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend and remember buy local. This company puts a ton of their profits made from car, suv, truck sales back into many many non profits organizations. I’m talking donating several million over the years.
This is our 4th or 5th purchase from Scott Stockemer and he always takes great care of us. Finance had me in and out is under 15 minutes. They had actually made a mistake pricing the vehicle but honored it.
