Had a great experience with everyone there on the purchase of a new Tundra. The staff was friendly and accommodating and great to work with.
Our experience was amazing while purchasing a used car. Trinity was very knowledgeable and great customer service. Jess in finance was very efficient and timely in finishing our process there.

The sales people are nice and friendly, but the ford service people are HORRIBLE at call you back or actually fixing the problem. I've called about 10 times in the last few months to get my ford vehicle fixed that they worked on last year and to get recall things fixed that they have the parts for. It is ridiculously hard to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT waste your time with getting them to fix their screw ups a total joke
We have purchased 12 vehicles though WSA and keep returning because of the customer service.
