Western products was a match for my front windows , which I replaced 7 years ago. PI replaced one kitchen an 2 bedroom windows. Chris came an talked to me about the windows . He answered all my questions an even checked my previous front windows to make sure they were perfect after 7 years an they are. We replaced our main living room window and we are completely satisfied with it. The window we had is no longer made and I would not have chosen the new one without the recomendation by Dan from Western Products. It is the perfect window and we are very happy with it. Niel came out to measure and the window fit perfectly. He noticed there was pressure on the old window and adjusted the measurements to avoid problems. Steve and John - installers did a great job putting in the patio door/window combo. Works good, just a few finishing touches left to do . Steve even helped adjust a different door that had been sticking. Good work!!

RecommendedWe have had Western Products work on our house on several occasions and they have a great crew!! The last time they came in to replace windows that had failed warranty inspection. They replaced the bad windows professionally and were friendly and respectful. Can’t say enough good things!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had five windows in two openings. Very good quality and the installer was quiet, respectful and provided very professional service on the fourth floor. The next day they did 10 windows in four openings. Same professional service.
So far so good. Our salesman was helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I gave only 4 stars because the wait time for the patio door to be put in is going to be about 3 months out. I will update my review when the work is actually done.
My wife and I had 26 windows replaced. The new ones look just as good as the original and took only 5 days to install with one guy. (Curt did a great job)
