RecommendedThe quality was excellent, and I would love to replace all our windows with the Renewal by Anderson product. But even great product is not the whole installation- the personnel who ensured it was done correctly and on time (Greg, Elaine, & Dale) made the whole experience perfectly done. We couldn’t be more pleased.

These are pictures of our Western Products “maintenance free steel siding”. Apparently the lifetime warranty is only good if when you buy the house from the previous owner you transfer the warranty over within 30 days. If you did not do that you are on your own to figure out what to do with severely peeling, expensive siding. Very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and inability to stand by their product.

We had windows put in a year ago. These windows leak worse than our old ones. We’ve contacted these people several times with very little action. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY 🤬 we have shared a public video showing wind coming through blowing out a flame to spread the word.
had 10 windows installed a year ago. leak worse than ones replaced. I have been trying to get them fixed since. service is a joke and non existent. they just give you the run around.
