The sales representative was friendly up until we were having issues then Brady wouldn't answer your calls or emails for weeks. He never checked back in with you. They hire sub contractors that are inexperienced. Maybe to the average Joe it looks good but my Husband is a home inspector. My Dad runs his own home construction business. They had lots of red flags during the process. We were very unhappy with our service. lots of corners were cut. I would avoid them. They have communication problems. They don't care about you. The quality of the product and quality work of the installers - Nick and Mike were great to work with! Also, the way that they calculated the steel siding by the area that they were going to cover (40% of our house had brick along the outside) vs the industry standard is by square foot of the outside of the house. It made for almost a $20,000 difference (yep, $20K) in the quote from a competitor!!

Western Products and Renewal by Andersen did a whole house window project for us and we are totally satisfied with the results. The windows are beautiful inside and out and we couldn't be happier with the results. The installation crew were prompt, professional, and did beautiful finish work inside. My siding project just finished yesterday and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Western Products! Brady was very helpful in providing a quote for our gutters and getting us on the schedule. We waited a week until they were installed and they look great! The installers were efficient and got it done in less than an hour. Thanks!
