We had a bay window installed a few yrs ago. Nothing but troubles. Has leaked every year and water flows from the window onto the base. They have been here every year to find the problem with no luck. Called them again this week and no call back. It takes months for them to come over. Guess they are too busy for their customers.
Last summer we started working with Darren to have a new metal roof installed. It was nice working with someone who was an actual installer prior to being in sales. We ended up having the entire outside of our home done. The work was done a lot quicker than expected. We thought we would be lucky if it was done by summer, however it is already done. I was in a time crunch and they were quick I send a few pics from my phone to them They came over and got it done and I like my new patio door lock and handle even better than before it looks so nice and the installer was so easy-going it just made my day
My mom ordered new windows that should have been installed in August. It's January and they still are not done. They keep scheduling for them to come out to finish the job but they no show and don't even call to let her know.
Worst company to deal with windows I will never ever recommend them to anyone they are bunch of liars and dont wanna help
