RecommendedFantastic job replacing our slider! We will be back when it’s time for windows.
The Western Products salesman and installer that handled my project did well. The problem lies within the disgruntled office person that ran away and my project got put on the back burner.
The window technician replaced a six foot by 6 foot picture window with a three part slider. He did a very good job of removing and installing the new window. He even cleaned up the mess. Thank You.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job working with us to replace out shingles and gutters after hail damage in July. Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products and services that Western Products offers. After signing our agreement the contractors had completed ansll of the work 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I think the people I have dealt with were extremely nice. The man that installed our windows did an excellent job-no cutting corners or sloppy work. Johnny knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work and it shows.
We really love the final product. Windows, gutters, and seamless steel siding all look fantastic. The only reason we didn't give five stars was because we were told a finishing date of late August or early Sept, then by Thanksgiving, and finally they finished in January, with almost zero communication about the delays except when I called them. But after it was all done, the work is beautiful, house looks great, and all the workers they sent were professional and did a very good job cleaning up afterwards as well.
I purchased a home with outstanding repairs to be completed. I received an email print-out at closing explaining that the work would be completed once I was settled in the home. I initially spoke with someone and was told I would receive a call once the products were in stock. After a month, or so, I never received a phone call back. I took the initiative again to call and schedule the work to be done, left voicemails, and still after months of living in the home have not received a call or any correspondence to complete the... read more
