My son suffered with acne his whole life and within 1 month of going to wny dermatology and getting put on a treatment plan he was almost completely clear. He was so happy which as his mom makes me happy!!
I would not recommend this place. Went to my initial appointment, the doc said she would submit authorization to insurance and call me to set up new appt in a week. 2 weeks went by, I called and left a VM to follow up. The next week I finally received a call back, they said my authorization was just sent 2 days ago!! Why does it take a month to submit authorizations to the insurance and a week to return a call? Poor customer service!
